This lemon yellow mini is ready to be driven! Originally from the UK market, it has received good care since it was imported long ago. Clean AZ title, no major items needed, it is ready to hit the road. PPI available upon request.
Outside we find a very basic respray that has a few of imperfections, nothing unexpected. Some orange peel is present, but could easily be color sanded away. There are also a few rock chips, along with a small dent in the roof. The boot interior has been bedlined, along with certain areas near the bumpers coated in rock guard. It has been outfitted with a Mk I appearance by use of grille, badging, and most noticeably- the rear and plate lamps. It also has spotlamps added, along with standard later rover flares painted black. It rides on standard Rover 12" Minilite style wheels with tyres in good shape.
Inside is a mix of new and old. The dash has been converted to an earlier Mk I Cooper style dash and centre cluster, however the seats are of the later and more comfortable rover cooper seats finished in black and red. The carpet seems to be newer also, with clean mats sewn in. The steering wheel is of a Moto-Lita style with V holes.
Under the bonnet we find a basic 1275 in good shape, with many new components throughout. The car has just been inspected and shows nothing of concern apart from normal wear. From what we can see, this would be a great daily with some minor care, or perfect for a weekend car as is. Call ahead and we can have her ready for you to take a test drive!
*Year Discrepancy: This shell appears to truly be a 1992/93 Rover Mini Cooper that has had it's SPI system removed.
