This rare edition mini was just brought over from England. The Sprite model was originally introduced as a mid-level package in between the City & Cooper models, Then in 1992 was updated to a higher level trim. This mini is sporting a smooth running carbureted 1275 engine, this year and model was one of the last A-Series engines before the SPI. 71,000 miles, nice color, good power-plant, and a clean factory interior. Clean AZ title.

The outside of this car has recently received a budget respray, in its factory "Cinnibar Red" color. It has its factory black wheel arches fitted, along with black rubberized seam moulding. The exterior look of this vehicle is nearly exactly as the factory produced it. It rides on standard 12" minilite style wheels with newer TQO-21 Tyres in great shape. The sills are in good shape too.

Inside the cabin the first thing you notice is a shiny chrome and woodgrain steering wheel. Everything else is factory, and it is in great shape! The dash has no cracks, All of the trim is still fitted, and everything functions. The seats and panels in this mini are of a mid range level, often not seen anymore. They are very plush, and have no staining- a rare occurrence with fabric! A Viper ignition lockout system has also been fitted, as to prevent theft. It is controlled by a small magnetic key on the column, near the key.

Powering this little mini is a carbureted 1275 coupled to a manual Rod Change Gearbox. It has just received a new upgraded cooling system, high-flow water pump, new front brakes (Pads & Rotors), new filters, a fresh oil service, and some seals. It drives very well, shifts smooth, and has a lot of power for a stock engine! The previous owner even repainted the engine the correct "Big bore red" with black tappet covers, so it will pop at shows.

This was an excellent car for someone who wanted a very factory mini that they could both daily drive and be a hit at car shows with. It would put a smile on your face!
