Replacement drum brake adjuster kit. This kit includes one new cone screw and two tappets. When these wear they can cause brakes to fall out of adjustment, or not be able to go out far enough causing poor pedal pressure. 
 
This will fit on all Minis for the rear brakes, and also for the front brakes on early single leading front drum systems. Not for twin leading front drum systems.
