This van is titled as a 1965, although we think it is a 1970s model as it has a later type subframe and roof. This is an excellent way to score a LWB Mini for a low price. The shell is in good shape with one trouble spot on the roof, and it does run. Clean TX title.

Exterior paint polishes up well, and there is very little rust on the shell. The sills and closing panels are in good shape and only a few bubbles are present. The paint does have a few cracks. The roof however has been coated with some sort of bedlining and painted white, and has some cracks and dents. Riding on 10" steelies with baby moon caps.

Inside is pretty nice with recently recovered seats, matching cards. The dash is unfinished and will need some trim, but functions ok for now. The rear cargo area and headlining have also been covered by some diamond stitch matting. The old school steering wheel is still fitted, a nice touch you don't see much anymore.

Mechanically this Van is complete, however it needs some work before heading out on the road. The engine runs, but shifter linkage is troublesome, and the brakes currently do not work well. We would advise getting a new master and do a brake job, but bleeding it may work short term. The suspension nd steering are also worn, and tires very old.

If you want to have these little repairs handled by us, just let us know and we can work out a deal. Otherwise this would be a great option to buy and tinker on for a short time, and end result have a solid van for not much.
