New Japanese made AC blower motor switch for the later dial type cars that don't have the green "A/C" light built into the switch. These are notorious for developing dead spots in the potentiometer which will cause the compressor clutch to intermittently cycle off or rapidly engage and disengage. If your air conditioning system is having intermittent cycling issues, this could very well be your problem.
