Standard rubber bump stop for hydrolastic cars. This originally was held on with a 1/4" bolt and is made for such, however when shocks are fitted the holes will need to be enlarged and slotted to fit the larger 5/16" pin. Often times the holes will need slight oversizing to fit the arms.
