Replacement diff side cover for all rod change Minis w/ pot joints- they will not fit Hardy Spicer joint (Cooper "S") minis. This cover is required for the rod change as it includes a flat lug for the shifter detent on the R/H side. They were fitted on the L/H as well, but earlier type yoke sideplates can be used on the left only if stock is scarce.
 
These covers can get damaged from axle failure, pot joint failure, or even with removal of the pot joint. If you have a sideplate with a crack or damage to the seal area it is wise to replace it, otherwise you will have lots of oil leakage.
 
Uses standard axle seal (Not included). Supplied with stubshaft bush installed.
