These upper shock mounts were originally designed to be used with lowered Minis, however they also improve shock absorber performance on standard ride height cars as well. The brackets slightly relocate the shock to a slightly more verticle position so as to improve damper performance under load, while also preventing them from bottoming out under severe compression. The brackets are made of thicker steel than standard and have hardened pins pre installed. Sold as a pair.
