Fuel tank sending unit that uses rubber seal and twist lock ring. These were fitted from about 1965 onwards until the introduction of fuel injection tanks. Injection cars had a bump out in the arm to clear the pump. Most often when a fuel gauge is stuck empty it is due to a fuel sender problem. This sender is a direct fit and includes the float. Be sure to pick up a new seal (WC-ARA1502) when replacing your sender!
Will not work for screw-in style tanks.
