Replacement hose junction for JDM MPI cars with A/C. This junction attaches the thermstat sandwich plate, heater valve, and throttle body.
 
It is very common for people to avoid replacing these junctions, but they will leave you stranded if they blow. This special hose was fitted to the later air conditioned cars which used MPI engines and heaters, but retained the side mounted radiators and SPI injection systems.
