Replacement plastic caged needle roller for all 4 synchro gearboxes. This bearing IS split and rides under both the 2nd and 3rd gears. The reason it is split is to go over the splines on the mainshaft. Usually they are fairly stout but if you have any wear, missing needles, or still have the original metal type with half width rollers we would advise replacing this bearing.
