Replacement early cork lifter cover / inspection cover gasket for small bore and "S" engines. These early cork gaskets were used on the tappet covers that have a bump outwards as fitted on 1959 to about 1966. Make sure to replace the bolt seals too (12A1176), as they can cause leakage!
