This needle roller bearing was a dual purpose bearing, being used on all A+ gearboxes on the small end of the laygear as well as serving as the input shaft bearing for 18mm A+ mainshafts. It is strongly recommended to replace this bearing, along with the other needle rollers during any transmission repairs as they are one of the most common bearing failure points and can quickly destroy a gearbox. 
 
All A+ gearboxes use 2 of these bearings.
